IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Project manager on-boarding (including materials and trainings)
-Project initiation support (coaching/mentoring to new project managers in setting up projects with right documentation)
-Projects' compliance review and reporting
-Portfolio health analysis and reporting
-Meetings between PMO and Project Managers to review project status and address risks and issues as needed
-Project Closure support
-Support PMO team in increasing maturity of project management function across region

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-University degree or equivalent education (Engineering, Management or Computer Science preferred)
-Project management experience
-Expertise in project management or PMO role with similar tasks for programs with multiple projects
-Know-how working with global virtual teams
-Experience using MS Office products and tools for project scheduling
-Structured approach and task management, flexible and transparent with workload and tasks, self-organized and detail-oriented
-Very good grasp of Google Suite or being able to adapt quickly
-Proficiency in English, additional languages are an asset
