PROFESSIONAL PC TECHNICIAN

For one of our client, specialized in the pharmaceutical area with HQ in Basel, we are looking for a PC Technician with strong experience in the manufacturing or laboratory area.

This is a challenging contracting position starting in APRIL UNTIL THE END OF THE YEAR.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Implementation and qualification of client infrastructure in the manufacturing area. This includes also peripherals like label printers, barcode scanners etc.
- 2nd Level field support
- Support of projects
- Be the contact for customer for new requests/demand
- Once onboard on call support
- Close collaboration with internal and external partners like Business, Informatics, Engineering and Suppliers

REQUIREMENTS:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in supporting IT infrastructure in a manufacturing or laboratory area
- Excellent know How in Windows OS and installation of different applications
- Great customer focus skills and attention to details (proactive, communicative and a "thinker")
- Proactive investigation of issues
- Strong communication in German
- Great team player
- CSV background and experience in working with IT Quality
