PROFESSIONAL IT SUPPORTER isrequired to work on a project for a major pharmaceutical in Switzerland.
MAIN TASKS IN THIS POSITION:
- Ensuring IT support is provided either onsite or by phone for incidents related to all type of computers, video conferencingMCP-MCSE certification is regarded as an advantage)
- 3 years of successful technical experience in a desk side support position
- ITIL practitioner in Incident Management (at least ITIL Foundation certification)
- Experience in large IT environments is a must
- Flexibility in terms of upcoming workload peaks
- Strong communication skills, with German and English skills both in speaking and writing, and customer focused behaviour
Location: Basel - Switzerland
Duration: 6 months - Preferred starting date: end of September
