Professional Desktop Support Analyst 100% (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Install Windows 10 computers using standard images
-Schedule appointments with customers to exchange Windows 7 with Windows 10 computers
-Handle data & configuration backups at the customer's site
-Deploy Windows 10 computers including subsequent data configuration restore
-Assign required software via SCCM
-Take care of manual installation of software according to installation instructions
-Brief/instruct customers and support them with simple software and hardware problems
-Work with Tickettool HP Service Manager / Service Now and company-owned Asset Management Tools
-Cooperate with colleagues and customers on continuous improvements
-Participate in status meetings

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Trained in IT support having completed an IT apprenticeship or proven work experience in similar environments
-Good computer support knowledge and rollout experience
-Customer friendliness and good communication skills in English (advanced) and German (proficient)
-Well-groomed appearance and teamwork skills
-Microsoft or Windows 10 certificates are an advantage
-French skills would be beneficial
