For one of our client, specialized in the pharmaceutical area with HQ in Basel, we are looking for a
PROFESSIONAL BUSINESS ANALYST.

This is a challenging contracting position starting in JANUARY UNTIL THE END OF THE YEAR 2019.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Global coordination of business needs across country and business boundaries
- Analyze needs holistically with business stakeholders. If needs are not expressed, put proposals forward.
- Bring to the business proposals for state of the art HR processes
- Analyze holistic impact of software solution on all stakeholders and parties
- Overlook the technical implementation for offshore developments
- Audit the development
- Perform and lead business testing
- Establish project documentation

REQUIREMENTS:

- 5+ years of experience in working as Business Analyst with or for a multinational company (especially with HR)
- Experience in HR processes as well as technical expertise (eg integration of data)
- highly flexible with changing priorities or requests
- +3 years in project management skills
- Strong HR business experience (strong process knowledge)
- Strong customer engagement skills as Business Analyst
- Very strong communication skills in English
