PRODUCTION TECHNICAL SPECIALIST (SERVER AND NETWORK ENGINEER)
Production Technical Specialist (Server and Network Engineer) sought for a longer term contract opportunity of 1 Year based in Gothenburg/Sweden.
The Service Operations Team has the responsibility for the operations of our customer telematics solutions. This means that we deploy, operate and monitor our customer solutions according to agreed SLAs. The operations team today consists of 30+ people, both employees and consultants, and we are represented at 3 sites (Gothenburg, Bangalore and Beijing). A member of the operations team is also part of an on-call team. The Service Operations Team is looking for a Production Technical Specialist (ie Server and Network Engineer). You will be part of a global organisation that delivers Telematic solutions to our customers. Important elements of the position are understanding operations in a Linux and Java based environment. Equally important is the understanding of Telematics and communication over mobile networks. We expect you to have the ability to troubleshoot in a complex operational environment involving multiple partners or suppliers, and to have the attitude we are ready when the customer is satisfied".
