For one of our clients we are currently seeking an experienced 2nd Level production supporter to support complex critical systems in the Front Office domain of an investment bank.
You should have experience of most of the following: availability-, problem- incident- and change management as well as release and deployment and continuous Service Improvement.
Technically you must have strong Unix/Linux and Shell Scripting in a batch/job management environment.
In addition you should have experience of Oracle/Sybase, SQL/PLSQL and knowledge of FIX protocol.
