Production Support Team Lead (FX and Risk) - Investment Banking

Production Support Team Lead (FX and Rates Risk) required by large Investment Bank, in London to manage a small functionally aligned team of highly focused staff that supports the Macro business desks.

You will have previous experience working in an Investment Banking environment as a production support analyst/team lead (Previous experience managing teams) coupled with an in depth knowledge of FX and rates risk (you will be leading a junior team). Experience of facing off to senior business stakeholders is vital. An attention to detail is a critical part of the role as is a track record of delivering a first class support service. At least 2 years leading a Production Support team. Deep understanding of FX & Rates risk with an ability to quickly learn new applications from a support perspective. A proven track record of driving improvements within a support team to streamline process, improve stability and provide a class leading support offering.

Within this role you will provide continuous daily support with hand-over from APAC to the key link time-zone EMEA and onwards to Americas, incorporating key regional SME and co-ordinating required services. Deliver Impact Assessment and face to face communication during incident management, Start/End of Day communications and for the running of major incident calls. Key participant in the Problem Management, Acceptance in to Service, Knowledge Management, and Continuous Service Improvement processes.
