You will be responsible for deployment, running and production control of all of the client's software and hardware landscape.
- Lead the design and implementation of the ITSM/ITIL processes

Co-ordinate and track testing and UAT status as well as operational/business readiness for Go live reviews before transition in to production.

Act as Incident manager for any major incidents.

Manage service delivery of vendor partners
Key skills required:

Experience with End to End Level 2 management and excellent overview of Production Management

Extensive Financial services and technology background

Previously designed and implemented process aligned to ITIL V3

Knowledge of SAP, Unix Platforms and Oracle
