Production Support Analyst Level 2

Senior Production Support Analyst required for a growing team based in Zurich. My client is ideally searching for a strong application support analyst with strong business knowledge, and experience working in a high pressure environment.

This is a growing team, and so someone with experience mentoring junior team members, in a production services environment will be most suited.

Please note that for team culture reasons, my client is searching for candidates in their early or mid-career, who have recently overcome the difficulties involved in learning how to become a production support analyst.

KEY SKILLS FOR THE PRODUCTION SUPPORT ANALYST - LEVEL 2

- Strong experience working in a Front Office/Middle Office environment
- Knowledge of equities and Fixed Income products would be highly desirable
- Previous experience working in application support or production support
- Level 2 experience
- Knowledge of SQL on Windows or Linux/Windows
- Strong communication skills in English
