My client is looking for a skilled Production Engineering Manager to join their Houston-based team.

Job Description:

* Managing up to 100 engineers and engineering techs directly and indirectly
* Manage and direct internal and external production reporting responsibilities
* Manage operations of assets in order to increase asset worth
* Provide support and technical assistance for new projects
* Follow safe operating practices and ensure compliance
* Perform any special tasks assigned which contribute to the company's success

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Petroleum Engineering preferred)
* 15+ years experience
* Experience managing in an Oil & Gas company
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Strong presentation skills
* Engineering experience in theGulf of Mexicostrongly preferred
