Product Validation Engineer Job

PRODUCT VALIDATION ENGINEER needed for a four MONTH TO ONE YEAR CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Auburn Hills, MI.

The Big Picture -Top Skills You Should Possess:

- You have experience working in the field of product validation and testing for a minimum of three (3) years.
- Process validation experience.
- Ability to identify reliability risks or quality concerns.
- Experience conducting Reliability, Environmental or EMC testing for automotive components.
- Project management experience.
- Technical writing skills.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- With the Project Manager establish new lab timing to meet project objectives.
- Test Lab Support- Lead data collection and input into appropriate tools Test request Test planning Test execution Test reporting Secondary focus: Quoting activity on new projects Support deployment activity.
- Work on multiple projects concurrently or work on multiple aspects of the same project.
- Quote activity on new projects- Support deployment activity.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor of Science in Engineering REQUIRED.
- Five to ten (5 - 10) years of experience in product validation and testing.
- Process validation experience; recommends and documents improvements to validation testing, procedures and methods.
- Experience in identifying reliability risks or quality concerns.
- Experience conducting Reliability, Environmental or EMC testing for automotive. components.
- Project management experience.
- Technical Writing skills.
- Self-starter and a leader of change. Lean thinking.
- Demonstrated competence using Microsoft Office suite applications: at the advanced level. Excellent Communication skills.
