Product Support Specialist Job

PROPOSAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in LYNCHBURG, VA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Proofreading
- Convert source documents to PDF format
- Ability to read Customer requirements putting into format
- Organization, Mutli-tasker, Detailed
- Organize electronic document files

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Demonstrated proficiency in written communications, preferably related to technical selling
- Ability to use Microsoft Word to format documents to meet Company standards and to proofread for grammar and spelling errors
- Ability to convert source documents to PDF format
- Ability to read and interpret Customer RFPs to determine requirements for response due date, document organization, and shipping
- Ability to organize and ensure the printed quality of documents placed in proposal binders
- Ability to organize electronic document files

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Proficiency in Visio, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and PowerPoint is required.
- Very Organized, Detailed and a Multi-taker
- Ability to convert document to PDF format
- Experience in reading Customer requirements and determining due date, document organization and shipping
- Experience in organizing electronic document files
