Product Specialist (Web)

Tasks:

*Analyse the existing portfolio of Self-servicing tools for professional customers
*Create benchmarks and follow trends regarding self-servicing tools for professional customers
*Stay in touch with our internal customers and help them to achieve their goals for your domain
*Get a clear view on the IT-enablers needed for your projects
*Work out concept versions to present our proposals to our internal customers in a clear and understandable way
*Create high-level business cases for each new initiative
*Create detailed web requirements, taking usability, design guidelines and technical restrictions into account.
*Ensure the correct implementation of the requirements by our internal and external suppliers
*Define and execute tests to ensure the quality of the deliveries and make go/no go decisions based on the outcome of the tests
*Contribute to realisation of the key performance indicators of the team and make proposals to improve the result
*Communicate internally about the status of your projects
