Our client, a blue chip banking organisation is seeking a Current Account SME for a key delivery programme.

Support the senior manager in delivering all Personal Current Account requirements of the divestment programme, to deliver successful divestment process for both divested and retained Current Account customers.

Key accountabilities will be:

- Liaison with all Current Account-related workstreams across the Programme, particularly Design Authority, Target Operating Model (TOM), Communications, Current Accounts & Savings
- Provision of Current Account related data to support multiple workstreams on request
- Supporting TOM team to create and implement new organisational structure for PCA and Support Opt Out and Account realignment processes for PCA customers.
- Provide support for any PCA related issues which emerge through the programme, to ensure successful implementation and minimal impact for current account customers.

Liaison with Communications and Testing teams to deliver PCA Sign off for customer/staff communications and provide PCA resource for testing activity, and liaise with/influence key stakeholders including senior management, product teams, legal, risk to gain buy-in to any recommendations for change.
