Product Managers PCI DSS

Your role:

You will develop, document, prioritize and coordinate the requirements (features) that are implemented in a current or future program increment and make sure they meet the requirements. With System Thinking, you will recognize enterprise-wide dependencies and prioritize requirements from the perspective of the entire enterprise. You will develop the existing IT infrastructure and IT processes in collaboration with the PCI-DSS Program Management to meet the requirements of PCI-DSS.

You will be a part of the Product Management Team within the IT Infrastructure and IT Processes Department and ensure the quality and coordination of the features up to and including implementation with the most important stakeholders (Business Owner, Epic Owner, Product Manager, Architects, RTE, Product Owner).

Tasks:

- Responsible for understanding the customer needs of your area of responsibility and for documenting and communicating them in features and acceptance criteria
- Ensure, in coordination with the Product Management Team, a meaningful prioritization of requirements for the entire enterprise and maintain and develop the Program Backlog and the Kanban Program
- Support of the Epic Owner and Product Owner through professional and methodical expertise
- Collaboration with architects on functional and non-functional requirements, business feature and enabler
- Feature roadmaps
- Assumption of professional responsibility for the requirements of a specialist area, including preparation of short to medium-term planning with the stakeholders
- Preparation and participation in the PI Planning events and participation in further ceremonies

Requirements:

- Experience with PCI-DSS and IT infrastructures
- Structured, organized working style, problem-solving ability, good communication skills and experience in a dynamic environment
- Several years of experience in iterative product development
- Experience in scaled agile organizations, preferably SAFE resources
- Sound experience in requirements engineering
- Fluent German AND English
