Product Manager x3 - Financial Services (Risk/OTC/Collateral)

My client is looking for a strong Product Manager to work with the head of product management that has specific product manager background and very good knowledge of risk systems and external vendor management.

MANDATORY SKILL-SET

- Hands on product management.
- Experience in technical Risk management.
- Ensure that products are compliant with requirements, regulations.
- Experience liaising with 3rd party service providers (relationship building, delivery management)
- Ability to champion the customer solution within the framework of a phased delivery.
- Some structured Business Analyst/Project Manager knowledge would be nice.

OPPORTUNITY DESCRIPTION

- A Greenfield site setting - collateral management company within the OTC VM, IM and default protection market.
- Work in partnership with the Business users in order to analyse, document functional requirements, roadmaps and milestones, then face off to the technology build required
- Identify gaps in product functionality and prioritise product roadmap and backlog to achieve business goals.
- They are currently setting out the criteria by which technology vendors - front to back, on-boarding, collateral management, treasury and reporting..
- Incorporating the impact of Dodd-Frank, EMIR and Basel 3 for OTC cleared and non-cleared products as well as cross margining, netting and optimisation of collateral into all processes.
- Creating the critical reporting suites required by the regulators.
- Define products by translating customer requirements into use cases and stories. Liaise with key stakeholders from marketing, sales, client services and operations to further refine customer requirements.
- KPI targets around engagement (eg CTR, time on review lightbox etc.) and volume/quality of content (eg Review questionnaire completion rates, length of reviews etc.).
- Manage user acceptance testing and customer feedback process for all product initiatives.
