Performance Management is a set of processes with supporting platform and scorecards that enable performance and business management discussions. Our very large enterprise client is looking for a strong PM to provide Product Management and Report Development.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Management

- Build relationships with scorecard and slide owners, understand their business needs, and act as an advocate for their needs in performance management
- Manage gathering business requirements across scorecard communities; document requirement specifications and work with development teams to implement
- Partner with other product managers and development teams
- Drive requirements management by developing and implementing internal processes, templates, and reviews
- Participate in UAT and provide scorecard owner and user support post launch user support
- Develop and deliver user training materials and presentations as needed

Report Development

- Develop and deliver user interfaces for reports/scorecards

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with financial data warehousing systems such as Mercury; extensive use of MSRA highly desired
- Strong project management and leadership skills
- Experience with business scorecards or analytical reporting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Intermediate to advanced OLAP, Access, SQL Reporting Services
- Intermediate to advanced experience with SSRS, SharePoint, PowerView, PowerPivot
- Experience in supporting an organization on business process and information systems
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or related field
