The successful candidate will have extensive retail banking experience as you will be the business Subject Matter Expert for Current Accounts. As such you will have to have demonstrable experience of working across various current account workstreams and engaging with a variety of different stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities include:
*Working closely with the Design Authority
*Supporting the Target Operating Model Team
*Provide support with any PCA related issues
*Assist in the implementation of the Project
*Work with Communication Teams to ensure minimal impact for customers
