Product Manager

Our client, a large broadcasting client is currently recruiting an experienced Product Manager for a 6 month initial contract based in Osterley, West London. This role is starting as soon as possible.

Job Purpose/Key Responsibilities

Role:

. Support the team in delivering features and capabilities to enhance the next generation Fibre Broadband proposition, including launch of new products and services, network and CPE technology upgrades

. Lead the development of business cases, assess impacts, create and implement delivery plans to launch product enhancements and new product initiatives

. Take product and business ownership of key developments, defining clear business vision and working with technology and operational teams to deliver planned and new improvements across Broadband and Talk.

. Work where necessary with 3rd parties (trial partners) to define 3rd party requirements or align test and delivery timelines

. Work with the proposition and marketing teams to develop and launch customer/facing messaging for use in marketing channels leveraging the clients expertise and awards in customer service and technical support to drive subscriber growth

. Take product ownership of relevant product and assurance content in knowledge bases in all channels including iKnow/Ask Dave.

. Work with the legal team to develop relevant Tand Cs and work on marketing claims substantiation for the trials and tactical initiatives.

. Act as centre for product expertise and its evolution: customer profile, economics, platform technology, supplier offerings, industry development
