REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Substantial experience in Technology Product Management and Systems/Business Analysis
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycleExtensive knowledge of Online Banking products
- Requires general business skills, industry knowledge, financial management and planning skills, long-term vision, and executive presence
- Knowledge of financial services industry and associated products
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Visio, Projec
- Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment and take ownership of initiatives
- Ability to utilize judgment in decision making process and decisions related to job tasks
- Ability to think creatively and turn concepts into actual solutions that can be delivered
