Product Manager

Position Description:
-Experience in a data-driven role in the online advertising industry is a plus
-Knowledge of user interface development
-Experience in Media & Entertainment industry

Job duties include:
-Using industry and application knowledge of DIGITAL, MOBILE AND VIDEO AD SERVING TECHNOLOGY TO PROACTIVELY DEVELOP PRODUCT functionality and recommend solutions
-Taking ownership of requirements gathering and implementation across multiple project teams driving initial implementation, integration and launch of online advertising for several business units
-Taking ownership of online advertising platform architecture and configuration to ensure compliance with corporate standards and individual business unit needs.
-Identifying needs, scoping solutions, evaluating solutions (build/buy), and managing any necessary consulting engagements for the platform as necessary
-Providing strategic business process/reengineering consulting as appropriate while working on multiple, technically complex, mission-critical, and/or high-profile projects
-Working with customers and vendor management to facilitate communication between developers and business units, including open issues, project prioritization, resolutions, project requests, and resource allocation.
-Developing plans for continual competitive benchmarking and trend analyses
-Working with other divisions experienced in online advertising and sharing knowledge to maximize program effectiveness

QUALIFICATIONS:
-Experience with developing technology solutions for digital, mobile and video
-Past experience troubleshooting and implementing digital, mobile and video players with integrated ads and content
-Six years combined technical and functional business experience, with a minimum of three years Information Technology experience.
-Demonstrated success in being solicited for and providing input to strategic business plans
-Demonstrated ability to successfully perform analysis, support, training, reporting, testing, and project management across multiple, complex system implementations with custom and third-party applications
-Analytical, detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
-Strong interpersonal relationship and communication skills with ability to influence matrixed resources, cross-functional teams, and third party partners to deliver projects on time.
