PRODUCT MANAGER

I`m currently recruiting for a mid-level Product manager to own the global platform and products for an important Fortune 500 customer. You will be involved in defining the products developed, and shaping the future of the company.

ROLE MIX
- Drive external customer product development (60%)
- Define and shape internal product development (30%)
- General company innovation (10%)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop user journeys for how the customer product can be applied to specific programs within the organization
- Clearly articulate the value of the customer product to different stakeholders in an interesting and engaging way
- Champion and develop innovative product developments to enhance the success of the customer product
- Work closely with Engineering to define clear product requirements
- Work closely with a range of external parties including external marketing agencies (eg digital, creative, data) suppliers (eg printers, system integrators)
- Translate customer business goals into clear product propositions
- Work closely with Engineering to define clear product requirements

SKILLS
- Strong ability to create clear user journeys and high level wire frames
- Strong ability to create clear product propositions based on insights and trends from consumers, markets, and industry
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present to very senior clients
- Strong experience of running product development workshops
- Strong experience of building world- class products and the methodologies and techniques involved in making them
