Product Lifecycle Manager, Wireless Messaging

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a PRODUCT LIFECYCLE MANAGER, WIRELESS MESSAGING to join our client in Redmond, WA.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The Product Lifecycle Manager is responsible for managing a number of Messaging Application services which contribute to the overall success of the mobility data initiatives. This position will have the primary responsibility of managing vendors that provide various messaging applications in support of Customer Lifecycle Management as well as other branded messaging capabilities. As part of this effort the Product Lifecycle Manager will be responsible for driving new projects through the product development process (gathering cross functional requirements, writing operational specifications and managing the product development life cycle.) Specifically, the role will require end to end managing of products through their life cycle from inception to production launch and post production support.

This individual will need to have excellent experience in vendor management, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and Service Level Agreements and be very familiar with scorecard creation and reporting. Demonstrated experience in working closely with marketing, technology and other cross functional teams is a must. This person should have knowledge of messaging technologies (SMS, MMS, WAP, etc.)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Managing multiple vendors in relation to roadmap delivery, issue resolution and meeting contractual and SLA commitments.
