Product Development Manager - Connectors - Up to $150k

Progressive Global Energy has been tasked with sourcing a New Product Development Engineering Manager to be based in Houston TX. The position is with a large, global Oil & Gas Service Company with a substantial presence in both Subsea and Surface equipment.

The ideal candidate will fit the following criteria:

- Currently working as a Senior/Lead engineer.
- Will have led/managed less experienced personnel in current or previous role(s).
- Worked within the Oil Industry (Subsea preferred/Connectors would be perfect).
- Have the 'design bug' - passion for designing equipment.

We'd like to see people from a strong Oil & Gas, Subsea background. Candidates who have worked with ROV tooling are welcome; anyone with direct Subsea connectors engineering experience would be excellent.
