Product Development Leader (m/f)

IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Coordinate communication with customer and internal engineering team as well as coordination between the members of the project and the production plant
-Coordinate internal milestones and reviews
-Coordinate the tool sourcing and kick-off preparation (proto and production)
-Follow-up of product validation
-Define right actions to achieve spec and quality convergence
-Lead of product change management (engineering perspective)
-Documentation of meeting minutes, visit minutes and journey minutes and distribution of the documents
-Follow-up of part life cycle documentation
-Analyse product, define action plan for improvement and implementation of changes in order to ensure product quality in line with customer expectation
-Presentation of product and action plan

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Master's degree in engineering or significant professional experience
-Solid experience in design and development within an industrial environment, preferably in automotive interior parts
-Suitability for the engineering profile of the function (mandatory trainings)
-Deep know-how of injection, Slush and foaming technologies
-Good knowledge of customer BMW
-Strong communication and management skills
-German and English skills are required
