Product Delivery Manager - Fund Accounting

PRODUCT MANAGER - FUND ACCOUNTING - INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT - AGILE

A leading Investment Manager require a Product Manager to join their Investment Services and Fund Accounting technology group, assuming an internal customer facing role to deliver end to end technology change across the group globally.

This group comprises of a number of departments and services including Transaction Processing, Asset Servicing, Asset Valuation, Data Management, and Operational Support and will also encompass future services the client is looking to further provide, such as Position Keeping and Price Vending. Further to product delivery across these areas, the business is using this hire among other managers in the team to spearhead the adoption and refinement of agile methodology across the business as a whole. As a result, this Product Manager must have demonstrated exceptional Product Management delivery in the past, either in a robust Agile environment or has held a pivotal role in pushing through Agile methodology across an IT group.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Experience of working as a Delivery Manager within a technology organisation, Asset Management, Asset Servicing or Investment Banking preferred
- Previous success working with Agile delivery methods is essential
- Background in software Product Management and skilled in defining and prioritising feature backlogs
- Proven track record of delivery with complex, multi-year and cross functional programmes of work
- Experience of delivering change to both internally built and vendor supplied solutions
- In depth knowledge and experience of managing and delivering technology change within a offshore model
- Proven track record of effective client management and influencing at the senior-most levels in the organisation
