PRODUCT CHANGE MANAGER (PCN, CUSTOMER STREAMLINING, OPTIMIZATION, MANAGEMENT)
We are currently looking for a product change management consultant for our Product Change Notice (PCN) Optimization Project. This project aims to improve our current PCN process to get the most effective means of communicating product change information to customers. You will work in an innovative team as a consultant.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Analyze the client's current manner of communicating product change information, and identify possible ways of achieving a more productive and beneficial PCN process.
FOR EXAMPLE:
- Can we reduce the number of detailed change notifications and issue PCN's on higher level?
- Define a workable plan and a feasible path to implement it.
- Specify requirements on organizations, processes and tools that are needed in order to reach targeted improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this role the candidate should have minimum 8 years' experience from the product lifecycle management area. Experience from product change handling and business transformation is essential.
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
The candidate should have a high focus on delivering high quality work. The candidate should have a strong feeling and interest for development and to share experiences with others in the team and have a proven capability to pursue creative solutions. Prior experience from international and multicultural work is preferred. As we are a global company the candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
