Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Maintain all HSEQ standards as set forth by company policy and customer contracts and ensure personal safety and the safety of others at all times * Quickly develop a clear understanding of the capabilities of company technology and deliverables * Responsible for the development and implementation of a realistic marketing strategy to get the product successfully to market * Manage and execute new client leads from concept to completion, ensuring that time schedules and commercial requirements are met * Regular reporting & presenting to the Management team and clients on product development and direction * Maintain effective internal and external customer contact and relationships * Responsible for development, implementation & maintenance of all technical marketing documentation for the product range * Responsible for providing the project teams with clear realistic market feedback and guidance on product development * Lead the field testing activities related to the technology development * Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws Requirements: Formal Qualifications & Experience: * BSc or above in an engineering discipline * A minimum of 5 years in Wireline, Coiled Tubing or Slickline well intervention and data acquisition, including delivery of results to customers * Relevant experience in pressure control equipment and procedures * Good customer contacts in theNorth Seaand Middle East Regions * DTS and or DAS data acquisition experience would be advantageous * Experience in a sales and marketing role would be advantageous * Must have the drive and determination to push the technology and make decisions. Personal qualities: * Proactive and self-driven * A strong communicator and team player * Excellent communication skills Languages: * The successful candidate must be fluent in both spoken and written technical English Others: * Travel to client and company locations * Strong MS Office/Project skills * Follow up of projects and travel to other company locations The right candidate must be willing to take ownership, be proactive in following up and ensure that deadlines are met.
