Product Application Engineer (m/f)

Aufgaben:

- Implement the new Process Gas Analyzer metrology in semiconductor production processes of wafer fabs
- Lead on-site Joint Development projects with customers worldwide
- identify new market opportunities and translate this knowledge into requirements
- Work jointly & hands-on with customer’s process engineers and development personnel on process improvement
- Consult and support the customer in data interpretation and resulting adaptation of application
- Perform application troubleshooting and follow-up reports with customers
- Provide application training and technical support to customers on the product
- Attend professional international conferences

Skills:

- Minimum of 3-4 years of hands-on experience on advanced semiconductor processes and equipment (CVD, Epitaxy, Etch, Implant, etc.).
- Master or PhD Degree in Engineering, Physics or Chemistry
- Strong understanding in mass spectrometry is desirable
- Experience in using high level numerical software such as MatLab for data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex equipment containing mechanical, electrical, and software components
- good communication skills, self-direction, integrity, positive thinking, strong learning desires and good teamwork skills
- a strong command in English and a willingness to worldwide travel (>50%)
