TECHNOLOGY

The nature of the work is focused on the company's technology tools used to create, store, exchange, and use all forms of info.

TECHNICAL PROJECT/PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

Develops, plans, and manages implementation of Technology initiatives including planning, execution, timing, functionality, quality, and cost.

PRODUCT ANALYSIS

Provides support and systems or application solutions for the clients businesses. Provides business consulting, systems/data/application analysis, customization and documentation. Leads product/solution teams through technology analysis.

CRITERIAtakes a new perspective on existing processes.

- Interprets customer needs, assesses requirements and identifies solutions to non-standard requests.
- Interfaces with business users and testers in support of the product development and production support.

IMPACT

- Explains difficult issues and works to build consensus
- Makes decisions within guidelines and policies
- Impacts a range of standard and non-standard customer, operational, process, project or service activities

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- Typically requires a Masters Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience
