Producer

Our client, a renowned Broadcasting Giant is recruiting for a Producer for a 25 week contract based in West London.

ROLE OBJECTIVE

- To play a key role in fulfilling the business requirements of the clients Creative department.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

- Attends commissioning Meetings
- Ability to create project budgets
- Assist senior coordinator in forward planning resource against business needs
- Project Management of A campaigns
- Responsible for ensuring all projects on track for delivery by delivery date
- Weekly meetings with co-ordinators to review/ensure projects on track
- Weekly meeting with promo manager
- Provides support/cover for Senior Producer
- Day to day team leading of co-ordinators
- Project manage A+ campaigns forward planning brainstorm sessions/facilities/resource
- Ability to manage 360 campaigns
- Ensure new starters HR requirements met (with Admin Team)
- Responsible for inducting new creative's to SCA production processes (Xytech/SharePoint/Mastering/Crib Sheet Etc)
- To form and maintain excellent business relationships within internal and external clients
- To liaise with key internal departments (Scheduling, Presentation, Account Management, Graphics, VFX, Sponsorship, and Finance) to ensure effective production & delivery of all Agency work.
- To assist the production management team with smaller shoot projects and transfer of large shoot projects from production to post.
- Assist Account management with Finance, Legal and Marketing issues as and when necessary.
- To work proactively to improve planning and working practices in all areas of relevance to the Sky Creative and the business and educating staff where necessary.
- Ensuring promos have been approved by relevant parties (NON CORE/3D)
- Assessing briefs and creating budget estimates and timelines (NON CORE/3D)

KEY SKILLS

- Excellent knowledge of Promotion Production Process
- Responsible for overseeing channel deliveries against on air/brief deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to hit deadlines and work under pressure whilst managing multiple tasks
- Deal with constantly changes goals and targets whilst maintaining highest level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to manage own tasks but also to be an effective team player
- Demonstrated planning and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of Ofcom regulations
- Ability to act upon own initiative responding to requests quickly and efficiently
