Procurement Support

The focus of this position is to support Source to Pay design and implementation, supplier innovation, procurement management processes, system initiatives and Procurement capabilities. Responsible for supporting the Global Business Process Management Associate Director on these areas at a global scale. This includes building capabilities, stakeholder management, process and procedure definition, documentation, measurement, analysis, solution design, implementation, change management/communication and ongoing governance. Provide leadership and mainly work with HQ global leadership and stakeholders to define and deliver global procurement management End-to-End processes and solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Source to Pay Process expertise and support of the following specific areas: Contract Lifecycle Management and Strategic Sourcing and End-to-End Source to Pay implementation
- Ensure Procurement Management processes align with and drive company software capabilities.
- Ensure alignment of Procurement Management strategies with Capability and Technology road maps.
- Define, establish and monitor Source to Pay Key Performance Indicators to: Ensure process and tool adoption; Identify continuous improvement and global standardization opportunities; Align with other function's efforts
- Promote and ensure collaboration with all regional Business Process Managers to ensure synergy and talent leverage
- Develop and implement the Global Source to Pay Business Process Management roadmap and optimize current systems in order to drive lean and simple processes that will deliver incremental capacity in the organization and free up resources.
- For current Procurement systems, develop the following: Assessment,development and implementation of optimization plan; Institute targeted metrics that drive appropriate focus; Create a coordinated and integrated training/building capabilities program across the Procurement organization

SKILLS:

EXPERIENCE:

- 10 Years professional experience
- 7 Years Procurement experience
- 3+ years experience in Six Sigma (Green Belt Certification preferred)

SKILLS:

- Knowledge of business process design principles, gap identification
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Comfortable and confident in presenting to and managing key corporate stakeholders and leaders
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Visio, MS Share Point, ARIS
