We are looking for a PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST 2 to assist a Custom Engineering team at one of the world's Top Fortune 500 companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Prepare purchase orders, send copies to suppliers and to departments originating requests
- Contact suppliers in order to schedule or expedite deliveries and to resolve shortages, missed or late deliveries, and other problems
- Purchase Order Creation: Manage and create purchase orders in the internal tool
- Review requisition orders in order to verify accuracy, terminology, and specifications
- Track the status of requisitions, contracts, and orders

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

- General knowledge of personal computers, applications software, and/or operating systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work with team members and other teams a must
- Passion & Drive for Technology and self-motivated
