LOCATION: LEEDS
CONTRACT: 3 MONTHS (WITH POSSIBLE EXTENSION)
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- A proven track record of achievement in delivering major projects within budget, and on time.
- Expert knowledge of procurement strategy, relevant legislation and government policies
- Must have knowledge and experience in putting together contracts including terms and conditions and schedules.
- Must have experience of working alongside clients to create effective commercial models and to support the drafting of specifications. Project planning and management techniques
- Experience of managing complex procurement processes
- Work experience or knowledge gained through educational qualifications.
