Procurement Specialist

You will be responsible for e-tendering and the placement of OJEU notices for a range of contracts.

Provide technical assistance in the advertising, tendering and appointment of contractors and consultants applying best practice in line with EU directive and Public Contracts Scotland Regulations. You shall undertake sourcing activities in addition to effectively managing the tender process life cycle by working with key stakeholders and suppliers and maintain accurate data pertaining to supplier performance throughout the contract life cycle.

To be considered for this role you will meet the following key criteria:
Experience of managing full tender process and producing relevant documentation in line with OJEU regulation.
Supplier adoption, engagement and management skills
Stakeholder management experience
Experience of e-tendering
Indirect category experience
