Procurement Specialist 100% (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Deliver category plan on IT software and IT hardware and manage the preferred vendor list for IT contracts
- This task has both strategic (analyzing category and drafting procurement plan) as operational components (documentation of prefered contracts)
- Advise business owners in sourcing options and strategies, draft and negotiate contracts, ensuring financial and reputational risk is managed in accordance with the requirements of the procurement policy and procedures
- Take the lead in ITTs (invitation to tender) 
- Manage the ITT process and ensure fair and transparent decisions 
- Drafting contracts, liaise with Legal Services and other required departments and conducting negotiations with suppliers

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Profound experience in procurement
- Expert on IT procurement in private organizations
- Knowledge of the Swiss market practices
- Self starter with organizational sensitivity  
- Excellent in stakeholder management and relationship building  
- Good consultancy skills  
- Fluency in English
