One of our clients, a multinational company in the pharmaceutical industry currently requires a Procurement Project Manager
Start: January 2014
Length: min. 12 months
Location: South of Brussels
Activities:
* Lead the Supplier Evaluation process for our 27 critical suppliers and manage the extension to our 50 critical suppliers
* Develop and deploy a simplified Supplier Performance evaluation for all other supplier,
* Lead the yearly Standard price review process & Purchase Price Variance analysis process,
* Lead the Production and Global Inbound supply chain KPI monitoring & follow-up (RIV, PPI, OTIF, .) and develop/organize department visual Performance Management.
* Write off mgt, analysis & follow-up,
* Ensure Procurement Master data integrity through transversal management
* Organize Production procurement & Inbound supply chain Projectreview & follow-up + Organize global communication on status
* Manage Production Procurement & Inbound supply chain SOP Mgt& organize training: SPC, SPE, S015,
* Support sustainability a risk management activities
* Operational support on Compliance project: Conflict of minerals &REACH
Profil:
* Master level degree, ideally a combination of business and procurement or technical curriculum.
* 3-5 years or more of project management: procurement, riskmanagement, Supply chain experience is a plus
* Good financial understanding
* Strong project management skills with demonstrated structure andmethodology
* Experience in change development, implementation and management
* Result oriented, and able to develop and present strong arguments to convince of the need for change
* Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills, with creativityand pragmatism
* Excellent interpersonal skills, with positive and constructive attitude
* Excellent communication skills, verbal or written, in French andEnglish
* Very high level of autonomy and drive
* Ability to interact at all organization levels and influence others not in span of control.
* Fluent in French & English
* Good knowledge of Excell, SAP & BI
