On behalf of our Client we are looking for Procurement Manager to work on a business critical programme of work. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the public sector previously as well a proven record managing challenging Stakeholders.
Description:
- Major contract management experience
- Assessing the existing commercial landscape
- Designing and implementing approaches which ensure effective delivery
- Leading on supplier integration (cost impact)
- The ability to re-negotiate existing contracts if required
- Primary point of contact between incumbent suppliers
- Commercial due diligence and major risk assessment
- Revising or renegotiating large scale contracts
- Managing Stakeholders
