Procurement Interim

My Client is a major Central Government body, looking for a professional procurement interim, who is available immediately for a short term assignment.

Requirements:

- The ideal candidate needs Central Government experience.
- The ideal candidate needs a good understanding of Government Frameworks.
- Ideally, the candidate would need to be fully capable of running procurements and e-tendering systems.
- IT literate - Microsoft Office and experience with e-purchasing systems.
- Good communicator - The ideal candidate would have the ability to get a good understanding of customers in order to nail down requirements/draft specifications and performance measures.
- Ideally, an excellent background and understanding in public sector procurement
