My client, a leading ATM organisation in Belgium is looking for a Procurement Specialist with 5+ years of experience to work as part of a team for an initial one year contract with possibility of extension to 5 years.
1) Technical/Professional qualification:
- 5 years relevant experience
- Experience in NEGOTIATING CONTRACTS AND/OR AGREEMENTS
- Capacity to UNDERSTAND, ASSESS AND DRAFT COMPLEX (LEGAL) DOCUMENTS AND CONTRACTS
- MASTERS DEGREE IN LAW. Specialization in public procurement or in contract law would constitute an advantage
- ENGLISH AND FRENCH (oral & written). Knowledge of another European language would constitute an advantage
2) Experience/Skills required:
- STANDARD OFFICE APPLICATIONS (MICROSOFT)
- Meticulous, detail oriented and pro-active approach
- Ability to work under pressure and good priority setting to respect strict deadlines
- Good analytical skills
- Good customer and quality focus
- Good interpersonal, communication and persuasion skills
