For our international client based in Zug, Experis is currently looking for a Procurement Supporter for a contracting position of 1 year.

Reporting to the COE's Go to Market and MEP Capabilities Leader, the Category Management/Supplier Management (CM/SM) COE Associate, will support Category Strategy Implementation and drive Enterprise capability building, leveraging the MEP (Market Engagement Process) methodology; across the following areas:

* Support to construct and lead workshops for End-to-End MEP capability building with category teams
* Process coaching & guidance to ensure MEP execution excellence
* Subject Matter Expert, leveraging existing MEP playbook, to promote best practice and enhance process adherence to ensure execution excellence of Enterprise sourcing projects
* On-going technology and process innovation to ensure world class go-to-market methodology

Tasks & Responsibilities:

* On-boarding/training/competency development of Market Engagement Process (MEP) support resources
* Competency development of Category teams on End-to-End MEP methodology via workshops
* Drive impactful collaboration between category streams, cross-functional partners, and internal/external resources
* Become an SME/Leader in the area of MEP planning & execution
* Influence Category Leadsand ensure meaningful and credible outcomes to drive positive business impact
* Help team structure analytics scenarios, leveraging decision criteria and supplier's offered solutions, to convert analytic insights into robust supply recommendations
* Establish capability and competency within category teams to think and work end to end throughout the value chain
* Enable appropriateimplement processes to ensure quick and effective trouble-shooting of technical issues
* Ensure training and user competency for all MEP team members
* Coordinate launch & monitoring of events à preparation, simulations, bidding and analytics

You bring for this role the following qualifications:

* University Degree (Economics/Business/Finance/Science/Engineering)
* Subject Matter Expert level expertise in Data Management, Analytics (eg through finance or specialist business analytics role), with (preferably) strong working knowledge of Procurement (or vice-versa)
* Strong engagement and collaborative skills
* Proven results participating in teams, and good working knowledge of overall operations and business aspects in a Consumer oriented (B2C) business
* Strong user/professional level comfort with functional technology platforms (E-procurement), proficient user of MS Office
* Experience working in an international, cross-functional and multiple stake-holder environment
* (Preferably) Project Management experience
* (Preferably) experience having worked within dispersed or virtual teams Critical GLP Elements
