Essentially, this role will hold responsibility for the delivery of projects and initiatives in HR areas such as reward, pay & benefits, insurances, recruitment agencies, graduate programmes, recruitment advertising, health programmes, relocation services, as well as intiatives within the Learning and Development arena such as coaching, technical training, firm wide learning programmes, venues and global programmes with a local delivery.
The ideal candidate for this role will have in the region of five years sourcing experience and MUST HAVE gained relevant experience working within an HR or Learning/Training focussed environment in a large/global company. Fully qualified CIPS membership would be advantageous but not a pre-requisite.
