JOB LOCATION: AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS
JOB TYPE: 6 MONTHS CONTRACT
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Supporting the Business in meeting its objectives through the development of solid procurement processes,
- Acting as a mentor and super user of the procurement systems, working on a global scale to ensure consistency in usage
- Being the escalation point and first point of contact on any and all systems enquiries
- Assist with the day-to-day running of procurement related purchase to pay (P2P) processes and ordering systems
- Hands on Purchase-to-Pay procurement experience
- A full understanding of the procurement and tender process
- Good knowledge of Serve as link between key technology projects and our budget management for eg allocation Opex/Capex/resource costs etc.
- Review detailed budget data & identify and propose areas of cost savings
- Co-ordinate with Finance & Accounting regarding month end close, forecasts, accruals
