Process Rollout Manager/Training Specialist - Data Protection (5225)

For a project at our clients site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for a

PROCESS ROLLOUT MANAGER/TRAINING SPECIALIST - DATA PROTECTION (5225)

You will translate a Target Operating Model document into training material
which will be used to roll out a newly defined process in support of the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation legislation which will Go Live in May 2018. YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE ON SITE IN POLAND FOR A PERIOD OF TIME.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- EXPERIENCE AS A TRAINING SPECIALIST/PROCESS ROLLOUT MANAGER OR SIMILAR
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN PROCESS ROLLOUT PROJECTS
- FAMILIAR WITH OR STRONG INTEREST IN NEW EU GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATIONS
- EXPERIENCE IN TRANSLATING A TARGET OPERATING MODEL DOCUMENT INTO SOUND TRAINING MATERIAL
- Excellent attention to details and good awareness of risk
- A strong written and verbal communicator and an expert at building networks and connections
- FLUENT IN ENGLISH

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- INDEPENDENTLY TRAIN TEAMS AND LEAD THE ROLLOUT OF THE NEW PROCESS ONSITE (POLAND) FOR A PERIOD OF TWO MONTH (MAY/JUNE 2018)
- Support the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation legislation which will Go Live in May 2018 and needs to be applied consistently throughout the European Union
- Translating a Target Operating Model document into sound training material
- Rolling out a newly defined process
- Supporting the Operations team in Poland in the go-live phase of the new process
