Process/Program Management Consultant - Lab Services - Memphis

This consultant will focus on the ongoing analysis and review of all departmental operations, staff training and development, quality assurance, continuous improvement processes and financial management. Other key areas of responsibility will include;

* Development, implementation and maintenance of written policies and procedures that support sound management practices, state and regulatory compliances
* Maintains the quality of the site, including compliance with regulatory agencies
* Develops and consistently maintains a competent trained

Key Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree preferred
* Transplant, clinical or hospital administrative management experience
* Successful track record in program development and excellent collaboration skills are required.
* Experience with organizing and coaching a clinical staff in continuous quality improvement preferred.
