Process Operations Associate Job

PROCESS OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Plainsboro, NJ.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Knowledge and/or demonstrate ability in cGMP bioprocess operations of mammalian expressed glycoproteins or mAbs is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills that facilitate operations in cross functioning groups.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Participate in facility and equipment commissioning, routine operation, and in collaboration with maintenance, keep equipment in excellent working order.
- Execute lab experiments and document results in either paper or electronic lab notebook system.
- Participate in developing and executing an efficient system for at least one of the following; lab supply stock/ordering, facility maintenance, equipment calibrations/PMs, safety or project related consumable stock/ordering.
- Prepare analytical reagents and solutions required for process development.
- Shipping, receiving, raw material release
- Handle assembly and disassembly of laboratory equipment using glass washer, sonic sink, and autoclave.
- QC testing, routine testing of raw materials
- Author and execute validation protocols, master batch records and standard operating procedures.
- Follow full GMP guidance and fulfil all Quality Assurance requirements as required.
- Operate safely and according to company environmental requirements at all times.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BS in Biology, Chemistry, or Engineering or equivalent experience in absence of degree
- Associates degree or equivalent experience in absence of degree
- Zero to two (0 - 2) years of experience with BS degree or minimum five (5) years of
- Experience with AS degree
