The PC Banking Business program aims to further improve and extend the online platform for corporates.
The Candidate will join the Corporate Banking Engineering team where he will take the role of Process Analyst for the PC Banking Business program. He/she will
report to the Change Manager in the PC Banking Business program.

Function Description
Your main tasks as Process Analyst are as follows:
? Analyse, implement and follow up process improvements in the PC Banking Business domain
? Identify the impact of business specifications and related system changes on existing back-end and front-end processes
? Define an implementation plan and a change management plan.
? Draft and/or update high level process flows
? Draft and/or update work instructions where applicable
? Prepare and execute training
? Collaborate & communicate with process owners within the back-office and front-office teams
