My client an Investment Bank based in Brussels requires a Process Manager - Investments.
The candidate will:
- Understand and monitor stakeholders' requirements, constraints and expectations.
- Develop, prepare and distribute documents presenting the actual situation (AS IS).
- Based on the criteria defined by Value Proposition:
o Perform impact analysis on the processes
o Design & Model Processes
o Deploy the Process
- Develop, prepare and distribute reporting/dashboard to the Project Manager in close collaboration with the Process Manager.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience exercised in Business Process Management.
- Proven track record of working in complex environment.
- Understand the Securities-linked banking businesses and products.
- Experience in process model and design.
- Able to deal with the different aspects in scope ie Middle Office & Back Office organization, engineering
