Je functie: Context
CPBB Engineering Credits is responsible for managing all change activities (implementation of new projects, process optimization exercises, process
updates) for all processes & tools related to the granting & lifecycle of credits to its corporate clients.
Given the budget constraints on large IT projects we are more & more focusing on pure process simplification exercises (leaner), but also
preparing our processes for the digital era.
Function Description
Process analysis and optimisation
Discuss with and align different stakeholders
Updating/writing of process notes (FR/NL)
Communicate to people using the process (webex / classroom trainings)
Periodically review processes

Education
Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience
Languages Requirement
French Mother tongue or fluent (both oral & written)
Dutch Mother tongue or fluent (both oral & written)

3 to 5 years of relevant experience in process analysis and management
Technical Experience
Mandatory
Standard MS Office
Preferable
Process Notation Methodology (eg: ARIS)
Basic project management skills
